I’m a Registered Social Worker (serving clients in Ontario and Nova Scotia) and a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach. Having training in mental, emotional and physical wellness, I love to support my clients through a holistic approach that encompasses their whole being.

My Story

I once was a numb, disconnected, shadow of a human.

My life certainly didn’t look that way on the outside, but it’s what I felt on the inside. I was completely lost.

It’s what motivated me - and many others - to become a mental health professional: As much as I wanted to help others, I honestly wanted to figure myself out.

My own journey includes chapters of divorce (my parents, and then my own), church hurt, workaholism and a lot of performing and doing what I thought I “should” do, while bulldozing over the truth of my heart.

Sadly, getting my degree didn’t cut it. I needed deeper self-reflection and more focused, intentional work through 1-1 coaching, mentorship and therapy in order to truly become well and free.

I’m happy & proud to say that after a lot of deep conversations and some courageous decisions, I feel more happy, healthy & whole than ever (yet still very much a work in progress) … And now I’m so grateful to support others on their own journeys towards wellness & freedom. ✨
