01 - ASSESS THE MESS*
We identify whatās out of alignment and not working for you. I donāt keep things surface level; weāll dig deep into the āwhyā behind the dysfunction youāre experiencing today.

02 - CREATE A GAME PLAN
This is where Iāll implement my training & various appropriate therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs. In less fancy words: this is where we build out your happy, healthy & whole ātool boxā so you actually have new strategies to use.
03 - IMPLEMENT & EDIT
You use your new tools to practice responding to life differently, in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be. If somethingās not working for you, thatās okay! Weāll adjust and identify new options when needed.
