01 - ASSESS THE MESS*
We identify what’s out of alignment and not working for you. I don’t keep things surface level; we’ll dig deep into the “why” behind the dysfunction you’re experiencing today.

02 - CREATE A GAME PLAN
This is where I’ll implement my training & various appropriate therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs. In less fancy words: this is where we build out your happy, healthy & whole “tool box” so you actually have new strategies to use.
03 - IMPLEMENT & EDIT
You use your new tools to practice responding to life differently, in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be. If something’s not working for you, that’s okay! We’ll adjust and identify new options when needed.
